How It Works
Our partnership model is simple: we invest, we manage, you earn.
Our Process
Every partnership follows the same path from first conversation to ongoing success.
Partner
We align on goals, terms, and vision for your program.
Launch
We research, design, build, and go live.
Grow
We manage operations while you collect royalties.

1. Partner
Every engagement starts with a conversation. We want to understand your organization, your members, and what you're hoping to accomplish. Who are your people? What do they care about? What's been tried before, and why didn't it work? This gives us the foundation we need to build something that actually fits.
From there, we move into partnership terms. We discuss contract length, exclusivity arrangements, and royalty structure. We're transparent about what we need to make the investment work, and we listen to what matters to you. Every organization is different, and we approach each agreement accordingly. Once we're aligned, we formalize the partnership and get started.

2. Launch
This is where we go deep on your brand. We look at who your members follow online, where they vacation, and the brands they trust. We study the nuances of your culture to design products that fit their lifestyle. Our work goes far beyond simply placing your logo on a garment.
Our team handles design, sampling, and material sourcing. We create tech packages, coordinate with manufacturing partners, and manage production. At the same time, we build your branded e-commerce platform, setting up the catalog, payment processing, and fulfillment systems. When everything is ready and you've approved the products, we launch.

3. Grow
Once the program is live, we take over the day-to-day. Orders come in, we pick, pack, and ship. Customers have questions, we answer them under your brand. Returns and exchanges, handled. Marketing campaigns, managed. You're not involved in any of it unless you want to be.
As sales come in, your organization earns royalties. We provide regular reporting so you can see how the program is performing. Over time, we refine the product line based on what's selling, introduce new items, and look for opportunities to grow. When your organization has events or conferences, we can be there with pop-up retail and on-site support. The partnership evolves, but our role stays the same: we run the program, you reap the benefits.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to start a program?
Nothing. We fund the entire program, including product development, manufacturing, inventory, technology, and marketing. Your organization makes no upfront investment.
How do royalties work?
Your organization earns a percentage of every sale, typically between 10 and 20 percent depending on the partnership structure. We handle all the operations and you receive regular royalty payments.
How long are partnership contracts?
Most partnerships run three to five years. We need enough time to recoup our investment and build something meaningful. Contract length and terms vary based on the organization and whether exclusivity is part of the arrangement.
What does exclusivity mean?
In some partnerships, we ask to be the sole provider of branded merchandise for your organization. This protects our investment and ensures a consistent brand experience for your members. Not every partnership requires exclusivity, and terms are always negotiated.
How long does it take to launch?
Ideally, we can launch a domestic manufacturing program in 4 to 6 weeks. For programs requiring overseas manufacturing or extensive custom development, the timeline is typically around 12 weeks to allow for proper sampling and production.
What if we already have merchandise or vendors?
That's fine. We can work around existing commitments or help transition away from current vendors. We'll discuss your situation during the initial conversation and figure out what makes sense.
How involved do we need to be?
As involved as you want. Some partners prefer to approve designs and stay close to the process. Others hand us the keys and check in quarterly. We adapt to your preference, but the goal is to take work off your plate, not add to it.
What happens if the program doesn't perform?
We're invested in making every program successful because our business depends on it. If something isn't working, we adjust. We refine the product line, revisit the marketing approach, and find ways to improve. We're in it with you.
